Julie at ‘Home’ for Smuggling Tales

Julie will feel at home next month as she presents a talk to Burton Women’s Fellowship. Burton village has been Julie’s home for many years and appears in the Smugglers’ Town Mysteries.

The talk is to be held in St Luke’s Parish Hall on Wednesday 10th May at 7.30.

Julie will talk about smuggling in Christchurch, why it was so prevalent in the town and also some of the town’s notorious smugglers. The talk includes readings from the books.

The Fellowship always welcomes new members and there is a small entry fee to cover refreshments
